Amidst much excitement, Elanvital Enclaves unveiled its first property development – Nostalji Enclave.

CEO Mr. Jack Ng Reflects On His Inspiration His Family

In an event last July 27, 2013 in Acacia Hotel, the man behind Elanvital Enclaves, Jacinto “Jack” Ng Jr. shared his inspiration for Nostalji Enclave. “In today’s modern age of the internet and mobile technology, families, even though they are physically together, spend less time interacting because of gadgets. Nostalji Enclave aims to provide amenities that give families more opportunities to bond in a safe environment.” He continues, “The main focus of Nostalji Enclave is to provide families with a place to bond and interact with one another.”

Host Toni Gonzaga share a smile with the management of Elanvital Enclaves

In the launch, which was hosted by the multi-talented Toni Gonzaga, the vision for Nostalji Enclave was shown to friends, family and future homeowners through a video put together by famed director Jeric Soriano. It also showcased the many unique amenities inside the gated community of Nostalji Enclave, which offers the beauty of parks, swimming pools, a one-of-a-kind clubhouse, kite flying area, even dog parks for the family’s favorite pets. Homes offered in Nostalji Enclave all aim to cater to the Filipino family – whether start up, families with school age children, or even those who wish to settle down in a new community– with units ranging from townhouses to estate homes.

Future homeowners can also look forward to spending priceless moments with their kin in homes built for growing families. They also graced the event and expressed their excitement over Nostalji Enclaves. For most of the homeowners, the choice to build a life in Nostalji Enclaves wasn’t just because of its aesthetically beautiful designs but also for the sense of community. The wait doesn’t have to be long for them, as Nostalji Enclave, which is located along Governors Drive in Dasmarinas Cavite, has already begun construction and is expected to finish as early as the 3rd quarter of 2014.

Bonding Moments Made Sweeter with Nestea RTD

Whether at home or on the go, Nestea RTD is the perfect companion

Life, without a doubt, has become more fast-paced in the last decade. We zoom through our days from the moment our alarm clock buzzes and we find ourselves in the middle of days filled with meetings and deadlines.

Our busy days, however, shouldn’t stop us from enjoying life’s little moments with our loved ones. In fact, our days away from the office should be reserved for catching up with those closest to us and engaging in activities we don’t have time for during the week.

Bonding moments don’t have to be extravagant, in fact the simpler they are, the more meaningful they become. Weekends may be short but a busy person can still fully maximize it by doing the right things with family and friends.

Time with family can include risky adventures like participating in a new sport, learning how to ride a bike, or even trying a new workout together. Time together can also be made intimate by spending time indoors simply catching up or watching movies together. Most Filipinos would also agree that the best way to bond is by trying new food adventures together. Some would prefer to stay at home and cook their own unique recipes while others dare to try new restaurants all over the metro.

Whatever bonding moment you may choose, whether staying at home or taking risks outdoors, make it sweeter with Nestea Ready to Drink (RTD). An old time favorite from the 90s, Nestea RTD has been a staple bonding favorite. Its convenient easy-to-bring bottle makes it the perfect companion for any occasion. Its three exciting flavors Apple, Lemon Ice, and Classic Lemon ensure that there’s definitely one for everyone to enjoy.

So what else are you waiting for? Take time out from your hectic schedule, and take the plunge anywhereto make moments that definitely make life sweeter.

Mandaue Foam continues its expansion in Metro Manila

Mandaue Foam continues its expansion in Metro Manila with the opening of its 5th showroom at 489, Shaw Blvd., Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City. Originally from Cebu, what first started as a manufacturer of foam in the early 1970s has transformed into a complete home store offering everything your house may need. They first expanded their operations in neighboring cities in Visayas and Mindanao before penetrating the Luzon Market in 2007. Their first showroom opened in Ortigas Avenue Extension, and was soon followed by branches in Las Pinas, Quezon City, and Cainta.

Ryan Uy, AVP for Operations, says entering the Luzon market came at the right time, “We’re happy with the response we have received since we entered the market in 2007.” The positive response and feedback from loyal consumers encouraged Uy and his team to expand further by opening their biggest showroom to date in Shaw.

Uy says the bigger showroom is perfect for the company’s vision to provide more to their consumers, “As we expand, we are also looking more into the needs of the market and finding ways to provide those needs to them.”
